Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Nuro Network (“Nuro,” “we,” “our”) provides an AI agent knowledge system that evolves your agent with abilities it learns over time. Our platform delivers a living brain that adapts, remembers, and grows so your agent gets smarter with every session.

2. Account Terms

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Nuro Network.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one free account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

3. Subscription and Billing

Nuro Network offers three subscription tiers:

• Starter: $100 per month
• Pro: $150 per month
• Enterprise: $200 per month

All subscriptions are billed monthly. Prices are in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your plan's features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

If you cancel and wish to resubscribe, you may do so at the then-current pricing.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to promote illegal activities.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Nuro Network platform.
• Use the service to build a competing product or to extract data for competitive purposes.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
• Use the service to generate malicious code, malware, or content intended to cause harm.

6. Intellectual Property

Nuro owns the platform: The Nuro Network platform, including its software, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Nuro Network and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You own your custom abilities: Any custom abilities, configurations, or content you create using the platform remain your intellectual property. We claim no ownership over your custom work.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nuro Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the service.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the service.

Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide at least 30 days notice of any material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction within the United States.
