At Nuro Network, we believe your data belongs to you. We collect only what is necessary to provide and improve our service, and we offer a self-hosted option for users who want complete control over their data. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. This information is required to provide you with access to the Nuro Network platform.

Usage Data

We collect anonymized usage data to understand how our service is used and to improve the quality of abilities delivered to your agent. This includes interaction patterns, feature usage, and performance metrics.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details on our servers. We retain only a transaction reference and subscription status.

How We Use Your Data

• To provide the service: Authenticate your account, deliver abilities, and manage your subscription.
• To improve abilities: Anonymized usage patterns help us refine and expand the ability library.
• Analytics: Aggregated, non-identifiable metrics help us understand platform performance and user needs.
• Communications: Service updates, security notices, and billing notifications sent to your registered email.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripefor payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data they handle.
• Vercelfor hosting and infrastructure. Your interactions with our platform are processed through Vercel's servers.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove all personal data within 30 days. Anonymized usage data that cannot be traced back to you may be retained for analytical purposes.

Self-Hosted Option

Nuro Network offers a self-hosted deployment option. When self-hosting, your data never leaves your infrastructure. We have no access to your usage data, abilities, or any information processed by your self-hosted instance.

Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Regardless of your location, we extend the following rights to all users:

• Right to access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to delete: Request deletion of your personal data.
• Right to correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
• Right to opt out: Opt out of non-essential data collection and communications.
• Right to portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
